This ongoing struggle resulted in me really wanting to understand and learn how to get on top of this. So - I studied Sports-Science, Nutrition, Health and Prevention to tackle this issue and also take it many levels deeper into optimal function of a healthy system. "I am 56, post-menopausal, with a tendency towards osteopenia. Strength training is becoming increasingly important, but so far I haven't managed to consistently incorporate strength training into my exercise routine because I found it less enjoyable, and maintaining motivation for it on my own is rather difficult.
