From childhood on, I struggled with my weight and an annoying tendency to build belly fat - I hated gym class and was not a sporty child...

This ongoing struggle resulted in me really wanting to understand and learn how to get on top of this. So - I studied Sports-Science, Nutrition, Health and Prevention to tackle this issue and also take it many levels deeper into optimal function of a healthy system. How can you not only look and live healthily - but thrive longterm?

Countless explorations and wonderful work with many many clients lead me to deepen my education in many different additional topics - most of all the changing hormones over the life time of a woman.
